Shipping Information:
Once you have placed your order, we will ship your package within 1 to 2 business days. After your order has been filled and depending on the UPS service you have selected, your package should reach your destinations within 1 to 7 business days. Shipping rates will be calculated at the time you place your order. ModaChique provides free ground shipping to all orders over $100. This will be reflected at the time you place your order.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
ModaChique is happy to accomodate our customers' needs regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations. You may cancel your order after you have placed it online by contacting customer service via phone or email as soon as possible. Please note that a cancellation can only be issued if the order has not been shipped. ModaChique will accept returns and exchanges on items if they are in their original condition. Returns and exchanges on all merchandise must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt.
